Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes With Beer Cheese Recipe. For a shortcut, you can buy frozen potatoes and nacho cheese. Beer cheese dip is a dazzling twist to just having regular nacho yellow cheese. Elegant cheddar flavor with a wheaty beer is the best combination ever. When heated, the alcohol in the beer will boil & reduce.   • 1/2 Cup Beer

  • 4 Sliced Muenster Cheese

  • 1/3 + 2 Tbsp Cup Milk

  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

  • Dash of Salt

  • Dash of Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  • 1.75 Tbsp Flour
