Vegan Spinach Artichoke Bake Recipe. Served on a toasted bread drizzled with olive oil. Easy recipe under 30 minutes. Can puree half of the pan; to change the recipe into a spinach artichoke dip to serve with chips. Blue corn tortilla chips go perfectly with the acid from the spinach artichoke bake. I baked this recipe at 375 F in the Air Fryer setting for 20 minutes. Optional to butter bread for 3-4 minutes before placing in air fryer or oven. If you want a cheesy consistency add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. I would recommend a mozzarela or parmesan cheese. Hope you will enjoy this magnificent bake!

Ingredients:



  • 1 Jar Quartered Artichoke Hearts

  • 1/3 Jar Roasted Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Red Tomato

  • 1.5 Cups Cashews

  • 2 Cups Spinach

  • 1 3/4 Cups Milk (Almond)

  • 1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast

  • 3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Topping

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder


Toasted Bread

  • Drizzle Olive Oil
