Vegan Portobello Mushroom Sandwich Recipe. Air fried seasoned portobello mushrooms. It is a common substitute for meat in plant based dishes. The caps of the portobello mushroom have a savory, rich earthy flavor. I used a vegan bourbon bbq sauce to add a smokey and glazed taste. Toasted sourdough bread adds the perfect crunch to this sandwich. My alluring plant based recipe is mouth - watering! Don't forget to chop the stem.   • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1- 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce (Vegan)


  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika

Homemade Pesto

  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • Fresh Basil

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
