Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe. Chia seeds are a healthy alternative for dessert. They are nutritious, contain antioxidants, may help support weight loss, contain protein, and omega 3 fatty acids. Blending the chia seeds changes the seedy texture into a mousse consistency. Recommend to leave the pudding in fridge at least 3 hours. I added raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, sprinkles, and crushed almonds for toppings.
