Easter Brazilian Churrasco! I dedicate this one to God and my family on Resurrection/ Easter/Feliz Pascoa today. Delicious mixed grill of meat, vegetables, rice, beans, farofa, potato stix chips, salmon, onion, and pepper. "How to grill" recipes with ingredients listed will be provided on another blog. For a radiant, special day with family, Brazilians often hold a "Churrasco". The salty flavor of the meat is developed with secret family dry rubs mixed with salt. Oftentimes, meat will be accompanied by rice, beans, "pao de queijo" (cheese bread) and Brazilian "Molho A Campanha" which is a Brazilian tomato salsa. Farofa is a side dish made of roasted cassava that goes hand in hand with rice and beans.
