1/2 Box Pasta (Rotini)
2-3 Tbsp Corn Starch or Flour
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Cups Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt
Vegan Cranberry Meatless Meatballs:
1 Bag Frozen Plant Based Meatless Meatballs
1/2 Cup Leftover Cranberry Sauce Liquid
1 Tbsp Lemon
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
Cheesy Corn Bread:
1 Box Jiffy
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Corn Kernels
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Almond Milk
