Vegetarians can use regular cheese and milk. Cooking with these harvest meals will make your Thanksgiving truly special.

Ingredients:



Stuffing (Cornbread):

  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Butter

  • 1 Cup Vegetable Stock

  • 1/2 Tbsp Rosemary

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Salt


Green Beans Mushroom Casserole:

  • 1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 1Tbsp Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Vegan Butter

  • 1/3 Diced Yellow Onion

  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Stock

  • 1 Bag Green Beans

  • Chopped Bella Mushrooms

  • 1/2 Cup Potato Stix

  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Chives


Mozzarella Mac & Cheese:

  • 1/2 Box Pasta (Rotini)

  • 2-3 Tbsp Corn Starch or Flour

  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt


Vegan Cranberry Meatless Meatballs:

  • 1 Bag Frozen Plant Based Meatless Meatballs

  • 1/2 Cup Leftover Cranberry Sauce Liquid

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Nutmeg


Cheesy Corn Bread:

  • 1 Box Jiffy

  • 1 Can Creamed Corn

  • 1 Can Corn Kernels

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/3 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt


Roasted Potatoes:

  • 1 Bag Small Red & White Gold Potatoes

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1/2 Tbsp Rosemary

  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tbsp Paprika

  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin

  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
