Raspberry Matcha Chia Pudding Recipe. Chia seeds are a healthy alternative for dessert. They are nutritious, contain antioxidants, may help support weight loss, contain protein, and omega 3 fatty acids. Chia pudding is an easy recipe to make. This refreshing summer recipe contains equal parts of matcha and raspberry chia pudding. I topped it off with fresh raspberries. Half of the raspberry chia pudding can blend the raspberries in a food processor. Recommend to leave the pudding for at least 2 hours or soaked overnight. I let my chia seed pudding sit separately overnight before combining. The orgainic matcha green tea powder contained sugar already incorporated into the powder. Add this superfood recipe to your next dessert craving!

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 Cup Oat Milk

  • 2 Tsp Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup



Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 Cup Oat Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries (Extra- For Topping)

  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
