Winter Fruit Salad. This "winter" fruit salad is perfect as a snack or dessert. Name comes from harvest that winter season that occurs during low temperatures. I served it with homemade pound cake; as picture shows above. Mostly consists of richly flavored fruits that offer health benefits of vitamins A, B6, C, & folate. After mixing the ingredients in the recipe provided, best served overnight in refrigerator. This joyous recipe is a sweet one!

3 Tbsp honey ( I used blueberry)
4 Tbsp condensed milk
1/2 cream cheese (4 oz)
1/3 powdered sugar
