Best hotdogs ever.... hotdogs simmered in tomato sauce. Too tired to cook? Diced tomatoes add a charred taste to the sauce, that eventually evaporates the acid (lemon). Quick to make for a busy work week. Best topped with potato stix, shredded cheese, and optional ketchup/ mustard/ pepper/ mayo. Brought over to America from Germany; the hotdog made its debut in New York! Gotta love street food made at home.

Regular (Meat) Hotdogs
Vegan or Vegetarian Hotdogs
2 Packs Hotdog Buns
1 Tomato
1/2 Onion
1 (Green) Pepper
1/2 Can Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce
Splash of (Vegetable) Broth
Vegetable Oil For Frying
* I added lemon optional
Seasonings
3 Tbsp Italian Herbs
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tsp Salt
