Crispy Vegetable Fritters Recipe. Italian style created 2 ways. About 5 minutes each side. For this recipe uses cornstarch instead of flour for its crispy exterior texture. Best part is it is vegan! For those who want a substitution, use regular egg in place of flax seed egg. Version 1 of Crispy Vegetable Fritter: drizzle of pomegranate Balsamic glaze with roma tomatoes( in shape of a rose). Version 2: Slice 2 thin roma tomatos & 2 basil leaves. So delicious once fried!

Ingredients:
1 Cup Zucchini ( 1 large) Grated
2 Tbsp Red Onion Grated
1/4 Cup Red Bell Pepper Grated
1 Flax Seed (1 Tbsp Water & 3 Tbsp Flax Seeds)
3/4 -1 Cup Cornstarch
1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Garlic Clove Grated
Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
1/2 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
*Drizzle Olive Oil
