Dumpling Salad Recipe. I used a 2.2 lb vegetable potstickers bag that I got from the Asian market. Potstickers are a type of Chinese dumplings where the dough is wrapped around the filling. Substitute honey for agave syrup for vegan substitute. I enjoy making this easy recipe for lunch the next day or dinner. Sometimes I add shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, and purple onions. This simple recipe is best with crispy potstickers.

Ingredients:
1 Bag (2.2 Lb) Vegetable Potstickers
3 Cups Spring Salad Mix
Sauce:
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tbsp Honey
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Italian Dressing
Instruction Guide:
Set Air Fryer to 390 ° F for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile make the sauce for the potsticker salad and mix with whisk.
Add salad mix to a large bowl.
Tip * you can add shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, or purple onion for more flavor.
Put your crispy postickers to the salad bowl & mix with sauce.
