Ingredients:



  • 1 Tomato

  • 2 Potatoes

  • 1 Carrot Stick

  • 1/2 Onion Julienne

  • 1 Cup Spinach

  • 1/2 Pepper (Yellow)

  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1/3 Cup Milk (Coconut or Almond Milk)

  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (Crunchy)

  • 1/2 Lime

  • 3/4 Cup Water

* Sprinkle Chopped Scallions


Seasonings:

  • 2 Tsp Turmeric

  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp Paprika

  • 2 Tsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Parsley
