Salmon Sushi Bake Recipe. Making this viral sushi recipe was on my list before the summer ended. Sushi bake is a deconstructed version using the same elements of a sushi roll. For extra flavor you can add the furikake black sesame seeds. This easy sushi bake recipe can feed a whole family or bring it to your next potluck. Serve with wonton chips, nori seaweed, or eat as is. I am obsessed to make this flavorul recipe for an easy dinner when I'm tired to cook. The rice cooker helps save time on making the authentic Japanese Rice. You cannot miss on this recipe that takes less than 35 minutes to prepare once the rice is cooked.

Total: 35 Minutes (+2 Hours Rice)
Ingredients:
1.13 lb Salmon
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Sprinkle Pepper
Sprinkle Salt
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Umami Seasoning
1 Stick Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Kewpie Japanese Mayonnnaise
1 Tbsp Asian Bang Bang Sauce
1/2 Tsp Sesame Seed Oil
1 Avocado
Topped : Hoisin Sauce, Kewpie Mayonnaise, Scallions
Rice:
2 Cups Rice
3 Cups Water
1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
Instruction Guide:
Plug in slow cooker and assemble ingredients for the rice. Press "white rice" setting which should set the cooking time automatically.
Air fry salmon with seasonings for 14 minutes at 385 ° F.
Mix cooked salmon, kewpie mayonnaise, sesame oil, softened cream cheese, and asian bang bang sauce.
Add rice to pan. Even out with a spoon.
Add the salmon mixture on top of rice.
Cut up scallions in small pieces.
One side of pan angle the hoisin sauce and the kewpie mayonnaise.
Bake 350 ° F for 14 minutes. HI Broil for 5 minutes for a crispy crust.
I recommend to cool down before adding avocado.
Serve with soy sauce, avocado, and seaweed. *Tip I cut my seaweed nori wrappers into small rectangles.
