Strawberry Banana Bread. 🍌🍓Fruity & light. Amazing strawberry glaze adds sweet finish to this bread. Cook at 325. Muffins baked for 15 mins and banana loaf takes about 45-50 minutes to bake. To substitute for eggs, vegans can use flax seeds. 1 Tablespoon of flax seeds to 3 Tablespoons of water. Strawberry banana bread is perfect for a picnic during the Spring or Summer.

Ingredients:

Strawberry Banana Bread

Mix 1

• 2 Cups Flour (All Purpose)

• 1 Tsp Baking Powder

• 1 Tsp Baking Soda

• 1 Tsp Salt

Mix 2

• 2 Ripe Mashed Bananas

• 4 Diced (Small) Strawberries

• 1 Tbsp Milk (Vanilla Almond)

Mix 3

• 1/4 Cup Melted Butter ( Vegan)

• 1 Cup Sugar (White Granulated)

• 2 Eggs

Strawberry Glaze

• 1 Cup Powdered Sugar

• 4 Finely Diced Strawberries

• 1 Tbsp Melted Butter (Vegan)

• 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

• 1-2 Tbsp Milk (Vanilla Almond)
