Vegan Garlic Noodles (Asian) Recipe! Only made with 7 ingredients ... not including water and salt. Rice vinegar is optional for those who like a mildly sweet flavor to their garlic noodles sauce. Quick meal under 30 minutes, which is great for when you need a flavor boost for the day! Inspired by Asian ingredients. Aromatic smell of these garlic noodles is satisfying. Can substitute spaghetti noodles for ramen. In addition, shallots can be substituted for garlic. Key tip, if the pasta is made with eggs, this recipe will be vegetarian. Enjoy this savory meal!

Ingredients:





  • Estimate 2 Cups Pasta (Spaghetti)

  • 2 Tbsp Salt *Boiling Water

  • 3 Tbsp Grated Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Onion / Scallions

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

  • 3-4 Tbsp Sesame Oil (Frying)

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce

  • 5 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

*Optional 1/2 Tsp Rice Vinegar
