Vegetable Spring Rolls Recipe. Great Veganuary recipe for the season! Spring rolls are rice paper rolls that originated in ancient China. My Ma and I created this exquisite recipe with amazing Asian flavors. Don't have to wait until spring to make these delicious spring rolls! Small slice (julienne) vegetables. This specific recipe used medium sized Thai rice paper wrap. Place one rice wrapper in warm water for 10 - 15 seconds. Tuck the sides in after the first roll (since the wrapper will be sticky). This veggie packed recipe is so fresh for the new year 2024.

  • Carrots

  • Red Bell Pepper

  • Orange Bell Pepper

  • Yellow Bell Pepper

  • Avocado

  • Cucumber

  • Scallions

  • Cilantro

  • 1/3 Filled Warm Water

  • Flat Plate or Pan

  • Spring Rice Paper Wrapper

Sauces

  • Sweet Chili Sauce

  • Homemade Asian Peanut Sauce
