Baked salmon sushi cups will go viral at your next gathering! Quarter the nori sheets into 4 squared pieces. Broil for 3 minutes to create a crispy marinated sushi texture. Bake: 375 ° F ; Broil HI

3 Minutes Broil

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Total: 40 Minutes

Ingredients:



  • Fresh Atlantic Salmon

  • White Rice ( Rice Vinegar)

  • Nori Sheets : 12 Minis (1 Sheet Into 4 Squares)

  • 1 Fresh Avocado

  • Sprayed Cupcake Pan

  • Splash Lime

  • Sprinkle Panko Bread Crumbs


Salmon Marinade:

  • Rice Vinegar

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tbsp Lime

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 3 Tbsp Homemade Kewpie Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tsp Hoisin Sauce

  • *Optional 1 Tsp Honey

  • Chopped Scallions


Homemade Kewpie Mayonnaise:

  • 1 Cup Regular Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp Mixed Rice Vinegar & Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 Tsp Cane Sugar

  • 1/2 Tsp Vegetable Oil

  • Splash of Lime

  • Sprinkle Salt

  • *Optional Splash Hot Sauce
